Welcome to Karm Bhagya Secrets (“KBS”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Karm Bhagya Secrets website, online services, astrology consultations, personalised reports, counselling sessions, courses, educational material, digital content and other services offered by KBS.

By accessing our website, booking a consultation, purchasing a service, making a payment or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of Our Services

Karm Bhagya Secrets provides services relating to:

Vedic astrology consultations;
Kundli and horoscope analysis;
personalised astrology reports;
career, relationship, marriage, finance and life-direction guidance through astrology;
Sade Sati, Dasha, Gochar and other astrological analysis;
spiritual and karmic guidance;
Bhagavad Gita-based guidance;
KBS counselling and life-guidance sessions;
astrology education and courses;
digital educational material; and
other related spiritual, educational and advisory services.

Our philosophy encourages karma, sewa, discipline, meditation, prayer, self-improvement, ethical conduct and responsible decision-making.

KBS does not promote fear-based astrology and does not claim that any gemstone, ritual, remedy or astrological practice can guarantee a specific outcome.

2. Astrology Is Advisory in Nature

Astrology involves interpretation of planetary positions and traditional Vedic astrology principles.

Astrological interpretations, predictions, timelines and observations are therefore intended for guidance, reflection and educational purposes.

No prediction or interpretation should be understood as an absolute certainty, guarantee or promise regarding future events.

Individual outcomes can be influenced by numerous factors including personal choices, actions, circumstances, free will and events beyond anyone’s control.

3. Accuracy of Information Provided by the Client

The quality of an astrology consultation depends substantially upon the accuracy of the information supplied by the client.

You are responsible for providing correct information including, where applicable:

name;
date of birth;
exact or best-known time of birth;
place of birth;
relationship or marital status;
profession and career information;
relevant personal circumstances; and
questions for consultation.

KBS shall not be responsible for an inaccurate interpretation or report resulting from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information supplied by the client.

If your birth time is uncertain, you should disclose this before the analysis begins.

4. Booking and Payment

A consultation or other paid service will normally be confirmed after:

the required information has been received;
payment has been successfully received; and
the appointment or service has been accepted by KBS.

Prices displayed on the website or communicated by KBS may be revised from time to time.

Applicable taxes, including GST where legally applicable, may be added to the stated price.

5. Commencement of a Consultation Process

For purposes of these Terms and the Refund and Cancellation Policy, a personalised consultation process shall be considered to have started as soon as KBS begins any personalised work relating to the client’s request.

This includes, without limitation:

reviewing birth details;
generating or examining a Kundli;
studying planetary positions;
reviewing Dasha or Gochar;
conducting background analysis for the client’s questions;
preparing a personalised report;
preparing written, audio or video guidance;
beginning a live consultation;
beginning personalised counselling; or
providing any part of the personalised service.

Once the consultation process has started, the service becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable, except where otherwise required under applicable law or where KBS itself is unable to provide the purchased service.

6. Appointment and Rescheduling

Consultations are provided at the mutually confirmed date and time, subject to availability.

If you need to change an appointment, you should contact KBS as early as reasonably possible.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval by KBS and does not create a right to a refund.

Repeated rescheduling may be declined.

A client who fails to attend a confirmed appointment without reasonable prior notice may be treated as a “no-show”. In such circumstances, the consultation fee may be treated as utilised and shall not ordinarily be refundable.

If KBS has to cancel an appointment, the client will be offered a reasonable alternative appointment or, where appropriate, a refund for the service not provided.

7. Multi-Session Counselling and Consultation Packages

Where a client purchases a package containing multiple consultations or counselling sessions, commencement of personalised analysis or the first session shall constitute commencement of the package.

Once the package has commenced, amounts paid for the package shall ordinarily be non-refundable.

Unused sessions may be rescheduled within the applicable package validity period, subject to KBS scheduling policies.

8. KBS Counselling

KBS counselling focuses on areas such as:

self-awareness;
decision-making;
communication;
emotional regulation;
discipline;
relationships;
workplace behaviour;
personal growth;
spiritual reflection;
karmic alignment; and
practical life improvement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, KBS counselling is spiritual and life-guidance counselling.

It is not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, clinical psychology, medical treatment, diagnosis or crisis intervention.

Clients requiring mental-health or medical treatment should consult an appropriately qualified and licensed professional.

9. No Medical Advice

Information provided through astrology consultations, counselling, reports, videos, articles or website material does not constitute medical advice.

KBS does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions.

Never discontinue medication, delay medical treatment or change a treatment plan on the basis of an astrology consultation.

For medical or health concerns, consult a qualified medical professional.

10. No Legal Advice

Any astrological discussion relating to litigation, disputes, court matters, marriage disputes, property matters or other legal circumstances is astrological guidance only.

It is not legal advice and should not replace advice from a qualified advocate or other authorised legal professional.

11. No Investment, Financial or Tax Advice

Astrological observations concerning career, business, money, investments, property, trading, financial markets or wealth are not investment recommendations or financial, tax or professional advice.

You should independently assess financial decisions and consult an appropriately qualified adviser wherever necessary.

KBS does not guarantee profits, investment returns, business success or financial outcomes.

12. Marriage and Relationship Guidance

Marriage compatibility, relationship analysis or timing predictions are intended to assist reflection and decision-making.

They should not be the sole basis for deciding whether to marry, separate, divorce, enter a relationship or take any other major personal decision.

The ultimate decision remains with the individuals concerned.

13. No Guaranteed Results

KBS does not guarantee:

marriage;
reconciliation;
pregnancy;
employment;
promotion;
overseas settlement;
business success;
financial profit;
recovery of money;
success in litigation;
examination results;
healing;
improvement of a medical condition; or
any other particular future outcome.

Timelines provided during astrology consultations represent astrological assessment and probability rather than certainty.

14. Karmic and Spiritual Remedies

Any suggestions relating to karma, sewa, prayer, meditation, discipline, charity, Bhagavad Gita principles, self-improvement or spiritual practices are voluntary guidance.

No spiritual practice or remedy is represented as a guaranteed method of producing a specific material result.

Clients should exercise their own judgment before undertaking any suggested practice.

15. Educational Content

Articles, videos, YouTube content, social-media posts, classes, webinars and other free or paid educational material are provided for general information and education.

General zodiac, Rashi, transit or horoscope content cannot replace an individual birth-chart analysis.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all original content made available by KBS, including:

written reports;
astrology methodologies;
course material;
videos;
scripts;
graphics;
logos;
website content;
presentations;
training material;
recordings; and
other intellectual property

belongs to or is licensed to Karm Bhagya Secrets.

Personalised reports purchased by a client may be retained and used by that client for personal purposes.

They may not be commercially reproduced, resold, published, distributed, copied into another paid product or used commercially without prior written permission from KBS.

17. Recording Consultations

Clients may not record, reproduce, broadcast or commercially distribute a private consultation without prior permission from KBS.

Similarly, KBS will not publicly publish an identifiable private consultation without appropriate permission from the client.

18. Testimonials

Testimonials represent the personal experiences and opinions of individual clients.

They do not constitute a promise or guarantee that another client will obtain the same outcome.

Where an identifiable testimonial, photograph, audio recording or video is used for promotional purposes, KBS will seek appropriate permission.

19. Responsible Use

You agree not to:

misuse the website;
attempt unauthorised access to the website or systems;
submit fraudulent payment information;
impersonate another person;
harass KBS personnel;
unlawfully reproduce KBS content; or
use KBS services for unlawful activities.

KBS reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of abuse, fraud, harassment, unlawful conduct or serious violation of these Terms.

20. Third-Party Services

The website may use or link to third-party services such as:

payment gateways;
video-conferencing services;
messaging platforms;
analytics services;
hosting providers;
social-media platforms; and
embedded videos.

Such services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

KBS is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services beyond its reasonable control.

21. Website Availability

We endeavour to keep the website and services reasonably available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Temporary interruption may occur due to maintenance, internet failure, hosting problems, cyber incidents, technical problems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KBS shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from a user’s reliance upon an astrological prediction, spiritual interpretation or general website content.

Users remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.

23. Changes to Services or Terms

KBS may update its services, pricing, policies and these Terms from time to time.

The latest version published on the website will apply prospectively from its stated effective date.

24. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute shall be subject to applicable Indian consumer-protection laws and, where legally permissible, the jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, Delhi, India.
