Karm Bhagya Secrets provides customised and personalised astrology and counselling services. Significant professional time may be spent studying a client’s birth chart and circumstances before the actual consultation takes place.
For this reason, the following Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.
1. No Refund After Consultation Process Has Started
Once the process of consultation has started, no refund or cancellation shall be permitted.
A consultation process is considered started when KBS begins any personalised work relating to your service, including:
- reviewing birth information;
- generating or examining a Kundli;
- studying Dasha, Gochar or planetary combinations;
- reviewing information supplied by the client;
- researching the client’s personalised questions;
- preparing an astrology report;
- preparing personalised recommendations;
- preparing written, audio or video responses;
- beginning a counselling process; or
- commencing a live consultation.
The consultation does not need to have reached the live-call stage for the personalised work to be considered started.
2. Cancellation Before Work Starts
If you wish to cancel before KBS has started any personalised consultation or analysis work, you should contact us immediately.
Where the consultation process has genuinely not started, an eligible cancellation may be accepted.
Any actual non-recoverable payment gateway, banking or transaction charges may be deducted from an otherwise eligible refund where permitted by law.
3. Personalised Reports
Once preparation or analysis for a customised astrology report has started, the order cannot be cancelled and the amount paid is non-refundable.
This applies even where the final report has not yet been delivered because professional work may already have been performed.
4. Completed Consultations
No refund will be provided after:
- a consultation has been completed;
- a personalised report has been delivered;
- personalised written/audio/video guidance has been supplied; or
- a counselling session has been conducted.
Dissatisfaction with an astrological interpretation or the fact that an anticipated event subsequently occurs differently from the interpretation does not by itself create a right to a refund.
5. Multi-Session Packages
For counselling or consultation packages containing multiple sessions, the package becomes non-refundable once:
- the first personalised analysis has started; or
- the first session has taken place,
whichever occurs first.
Unused sessions may be rescheduled subject to availability and the validity period of the package.
6. Rescheduling
Clients should inform KBS as early as possible if an appointment needs to be rescheduled.
A request to reschedule:
- is subject to appointment availability;
- does not automatically entitle the client to a refund; and
- may be declined in cases of repeated rescheduling.
7. No-Show
Failure to attend a confirmed consultation without reasonable prior notice may be considered a no-show.
The consultation fee may be treated as utilised and no refund will ordinarily be payable.
8. Incorrect Birth Details Supplied by Client
Clients are responsible for verifying their birth date, birth time, birth place and other information before analysis begins.
If a report or consultation has to be repeated because the client initially supplied incorrect information, additional professional fees may apply.
No refund shall be due for work performed using information originally supplied by the client.
9. Duplicate or Incorrect Payment
If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service, contact KBS with payment details.
After verification, any genuine duplicate payment will be refunded.
10. Cancellation by KBS
If KBS is unable to provide the purchased service for reasons attributable to KBS, the client may choose, where appropriate, between:
- rescheduling the service; or
- receiving a refund for the service not provided.
11. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
12. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.
Actual crediting time may depend upon the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.
